Anniversary Gala

After the anniversary concert on Saturday 18th May, starting at around 7.30PM, we will have a ceremonial gala at the Congress Center Puistotorni (Hämeenpuisto 28, Tampere). All active and former TYL members, as well as their avecs, are invited. 

Sign up is possible until 2nd May, or as long as there is room. After this, questions concerning free spots can be directed at rahastonhoitaja.tyl(a)gmail.com. Sign up is binding.

The gala tickets costs 90 euros. The price of the ticket covers a three-course meal with drinks (toast + 2 drinks), cloakroom and the amazing program of the night. Additionally, the bar serves drinks for the thirsty during the whole night (card or cash as means of payment). The dress code for the gala is formal.

Instructions for sign up and paying the gala tickets:

Order the tickets through the form on this page. After filling the form, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions via email. Pay the invoice before due date.

There will be marked seats at the gala. In case you wish to be seated next to a certain person, fill in the name of the person on the sign up form. Note, that every person attending the gala has to sign up and fill in their own sign up form.

If you are prevented from attending the gala, you are allowed to sell your ticket to someone else. In this case, let us know, who will be attending instead of you by sending an email to rahastonhoitaja.tyl(a)gmail.com.

By signing up to the gala you are agreeing to pay the invoice by the due date marked on the invoice. In case the invoice is not paid within seven days of a reminder sent after the due date, the order will be considered null, and the tickets will not be reserved. Tickets that have been paid for, will not be refunded. 

The information asked for in this form will only be used for purposes related to signing up to the gala, and will be destroyed after the gala. In uncertain situations please contact the treasurer of the choir at rahastonhoitaja.tyl(at)gmail.com.
